Atists Reception: June 5, 6pm
We are proud and excited to host the artworks from students of Baltimore Clayworks and Towson University. The shows will fill our Main, Solo and Community Arts Galleries and run from June 5 to July 3, 2021. This has been a difficult year, yet despite the challenges, the drive to create is too strong to be deferred.
Towson University has a long tradition of firing our wood-kiln, an added bonus to their curriculum offering an opportunity to try another glaze technique and surface enhancement. Towson students also serve as interns, gaining real world, career experience as working artists.
We hope you not only appreciate the skill and beauty of the work on display, but also the tenacity and dedication involved to persevere in a pandemic. That even when isolated by COVID, we were and are united in clay.
