First come, first served

Dive into the flow with Yoga in the Garden. Restore your sense of balance and community with instructor Dee Satterfield. This program is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of prior experience.  Your yoga instructor will give you the tools you need to find movements that best suit you.  All you need is yourself and some comfortable clothing. Yoga blocks and mats will be provided.  Water is recommended.
