Last week, Baltimore Clayworks hosted a special event to celebrate the heart of our organization – our incredible volunteers! From greeting gallery visitors and supporting our exhibitions to assisting with studio classes and events, these dedicated individuals make our mission possible every single day.
The Thank You Volunteers event was a joyful gathering of our community, filled with laughter, stories, and a shared sense of accomplishment. Attendees enjoyed light refreshments and the chance to reconnect with familiar faces while meeting new friends who share the same passion for our clay community.
“Volunteers are truly the backbone of Baltimore Clayworks,” shared Claire Carberry, Director of Development. “We simply couldn’t do what we do without their generous gift of time and talent. This event is just a small token of our gratitude.”
Guests enjoyed beverages from Union Craft Brewing, Quarry Wine and Spirits, and Wild Bay Kombucha. The food was provided by an anonymous donor who is beyond grateful for the dedication of the volunteers at Baltimore Clayworks.
We are endlessly grateful for the incredible dedication of our volunteers. Their energy and commitment help us continue to bring the joy of clay to our community, creating a welcoming space for all. Thank you once again to everyone who joined us for this celebration, and to all of our volunteers for your ongoing support.
