Jacob Estevez is a New England based artist. He received a BFA from the New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2017 and is currently completing his MFA at Penn West Edinboro University. He is a ceramic sculptor with a diverse blue-collar background. His previous trade experience includes carpentry, masonry, bronze foundry technician, and scenic art for the Boston film industry. The culmination of these different skill sets results in an unconventional approach to clay work as well as the inclusion of mixed media components. Ultimately Jacob’s goal is to own a small business focused on integrating art into living spaces, to revitalize the fantasy within building a “dream home.”
