Baltimore Clayworks is proud to host Lagniappe: LSU Ceramic MFAs an exhibition of current and alumni ceramic MFAs and their professors from Louisiana State University. Lagniappe is a Cajun word meaning “a little something extra or an unexpected bonus.” Clayworks is an artist centered community focused on ceramic arts education. We celebrate established and emerging talents in the field and our mission is perfectly showcased in the exhibition Lagniappe: LSU Ceramic MFAs. This exhibition runs April 23rd- May 28th, 2011 with an opening reception on Saturday, April 23rd, from 6 to 8 pm. Admission is free.
