Mt. Washington Studio Classes
Monster Island (ages 6 – up + adult)
- An island has already been made with a clay tree and one creature. Participants will be invited to add creatures to the island using clay and make a story about each of the creatures they made. The objective is to create a collaborative community narrative using a visual process with clay as the primary material. Participants will use their creative imagination, express their values or views about the world and experience an art-making process which put emphasis on shared experiences. Class registration fee covers 1 couple and includes all materials and firing.
